IDHARSE — Return & Refund Policy

At IDHARSE, we take pride in craftsmanship and quality. Each return request is handled carefully and in accordance with the policy outlined below. Please read this policy fully before placing an order or requesting a return.

 


 

 

1. Return Window

 


We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.


Return requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

 


 

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

 


To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

 

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

 


Items failing inspection or not meeting these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer.

 


 

 

3. How to Request a Return

 


To initiate a return request, email us at hello@idharse.com within 7 days of delivery with:

 

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product (mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

 


Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


 

 

4. Return Shipping

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

 


Exception:

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be handled by IDHARSE after verification.

 


 

 

5. Restocking Fee

 


A 2% restocking fee will be deducted from the refundable amount for all approved returns.


This fee covers inspection, handling, and processing costs.

 


 

 

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 


Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.


If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@idharse.com with photos and your order number.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, at our discretion.

 


 

 

7. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

 


The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

 

  • Products marked as Final Sale

  • Items from specific collections designated as Final Sale

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products

  • Gift cards or vouchers

 


No exceptions will be made for Final Sale items.

 


 

 

8. Refund Processing

 


Once your return is received and inspected:

 

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection via email

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus:

     

    • Return shipping costs

    • 2% restocking fee (if applicable)

     

 


Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

 


 

 

9. Exchanges

 


We do not offer direct exchanges.


If you require a different size or product, please:

 

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order separately

 

 


 

 

10. International Orders

 


For international shipments:

 

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping and cross-border fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • IDHARSE is not responsible for delays caused by customs

 

 


 

 

11. Order Cancellation

 


Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.


Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if eligible.
